TNP Strategic Retail Trust Inc. said it has an agreement to sell the Waianae Mall in Hawaii to an unnamed buyer.
The Irvine, Calif.-based real estate investment trust bought the 170,275 square-foot mall in Leeward Oahu, which is anchored by Long’s Drugs and City Mill, for $25.7 million in June 2010. Other tenants include American Savings Bank, Burger King, Fantastic Sam’s and Goodyear Tire.
