It seems that Lanai owner and Oracle Corp. CEO Larry Ellison is still in the real estate buying mood.
The tech billionaire recently bought the Malibu, Calif., home of Terry Semel, the former chief executive of Yahoo!, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Ellison, who reportedly paid upwards of $500 million for a majority of the Pineapple Island, paid $36.9 million for Semel’s 10,317-square-foot beachfront home, which includes nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
