The Hawaii estate that was known in the 1980s as the home of Tom Selleck’s television character “Magnum P.I.” is on the market for $15.75 million.

The historic oceanfront home in Waimanalo along Kalanianaole Highway, which was built in 1933 and called “Pahonu,” has been owned for years by former Hawaii state Rep. Eve Glover Anderson, who is the stepdaughter of the late Barbara Cox Anthony, of the Cox Enterprises fortune.
The European-style home, which needs major repairs, includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, a boat house, tennis courts, a separate bath house, according to the listing.
The estate was called “Robin’s Nest” on the “Magnum, P.I.” series, which starred Selleck. The series was filmed in Hawaii and aired on CBS from 1980 to 1988.
The 11,054-square-foot home sits on about three acres of oceanfront land, with beach access and a turtle pond.
The property, which has a total assessed value of about $9 million, according to public records, has been on the market for about three weeks.
