John Sternberg, one of Hawaii’s top industrial market brokers, has died, according to the president of Sofos Realty Corp., where Sternberg had worked for 15 years.
Steve Sofos, president of the Honoulu-based commercial real estate company, told PBN that Sternberg died after suffering a heart attack on July 31. He was 55.
“He was the top agent for Sofos Realty for more than 15 years and leased and sold over $900 million in transactions during his career,” he said.
