The Mills Group of Honolulu said Friday that it has completed the sale of both the 250,000-square-foot Guam Premier Outlets and nearly 80,000-square foot Tumon Sands Plaza luxury retail center to S199 Real Estate LLC.
The total sales price was reportedly $142 million.
The Delaware-based investment firm’s managing agent in the sale was Steve Sombrero, owner of Honolulu-based NAI ChaneyBrooks.
