Black Sand Capital LLC, a Honolulu-based real estate investment company founded by members of two prominent Hawaii real estate families, has purchased the King’s Village Shopping Center in Waikiki from Oregon-based Elda Investments LLC for $41.25 million, according to public documents from the Hawaii Bureau of Conveyances.
